All guests are invited to enjoy fishing from the dock on the private waterfront bank or just relax and enjoy the mesmerizing view. For an additional fee, the owner has a pontoon boat available for rental.
Sleeping Lion Inn is built into the side of a scenic slope overlooking Otsego Lake, which is a natural glacier lake. When you look out over the water at Sleeping Lion Mountain, you will find its beauty hard to put into words.
We are also located in the heart of antique country so leave plenty of time to shop and browse the area’s many stores. If golf is your choice we have two golf courses within a five-minute drive. If fishing, swimming, water skiing or just relaxing are on your mind, we have that as well. This is a great place to simply sit on the lake, read a book and do nothing else.

60+ day rental for individual families or larger groups! Don’t get squeezed into a loud, dated motel room when you can be in your own modern lakeside property! Rent one unit or multiple units depending on the size of your group. Everyone in your party gets to enjoys their privacy and have their own kitchen and bath space. You can rent the entire Inn for roughly the same or less as the price of a house rental.
